Adakim Games operates Echo Trails. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game or contact us.

Information used by the game

Echo Trails stores puzzle progress, settings, earned hints, and purchase entitlements on your device. The game does not require an account. Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases and provides the game with purchase status; we do not receive your payment card number.

Advertising

The free game may show ads between levels and optional rewarded ads for hints. Echo Trails requests contextual, age-appropriate ads only and does not use your activity to personalize ads. Google AdMob may process technical information such as your IP address, device information, app activity, and ad interactions to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Where required, the game presents Google's privacy message before requesting ads. You can review ad privacy choices in the game's Settings when that option is available.

Support

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment card details.

Sharing and retention

Purchase and advertising providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your support messages. On-device game data remains until you reset the game or remove it, subject to your device backup settings. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle requests and maintain records required by law.

Children and choices

Echo Trails is designed for players of all ages, including children. We apply child-directed ad treatment and a general-audience (G) ad content limit to all ad requests. Parents can use device controls to restrict purchases. You can stop using the game, remove local game data through your device settings, or contact us with a privacy request. If you request deletion of support correspondence, email us from the address you used to contact us.
